The Ultimate Vampire Resource and Directory

Goal: Sending meds to Haiti.



Plan: Shipping container loaded with prescription antibiotics scripted by a doctor in response to the requested meds by first responder medical teams. We are partnering with a small agency who sends shipping containers to Romania all through the year. We have partnered with them over the years and I trust the Director with my life. We will also be sending MREs (meals ready to eat) and other essential supplies.



If you want to participate with a grass roots organization who will get every bit of your donation where it belongs, to the people of Haiti who need it, contact me by message and I will tell you how and provide details.



We will spend no money on administrative, advertising, or PR mailing costs...only on shipping supplies there. The cost for a container is roughly 7 thousand dollars, depending on a few factors like whether or not we will need to hire a guard to go with the container once we get it to the port in the Dominican Republic and on its way across to Haiti.



Lastly, and most importantly, please pray for the success of this venture and for our ability to repeat it as needed. Thank you.

It's been a month since the British guy arrived.

The transition has been so smooth, far more than I imagined when introducing a man into the home of a woman, 2 teenage girls, a dog, and a cat. He's a brave, brave man!



We've been enjoying time together. While waiting on a work permit, he's come every day to the Center to volunteer. He's become our Man Friday, handling everything: IT support, interviews, home visits, loading trucks, etc...



I can tell you that I have never been more happy, not ever. I nearly stopped believing that a relationship could be this supportive and rewarding. There are no "my job, your job." He's good with my kids and they love him. My parents love him. The staff and volunteers love him. I don't think he's too bad either.



Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus, and yes, there IS love worth starting over, daring to trust, and investing in hope once again.
